About Us

The Junker family has proudly served the property management needs of home owners in Western North Carolina since 2001.  Our mission as a company is to offer a full array of services, and be fully committed to any project we undertake. We work hard to be educated in the most recent technologies but more importantly, to be true to our word. We have been blessed with a warm reception from property owners as well as local shop owners in the Cashiers and Highlands, NC area, and have experienced incredible growth since the company was founded.

Our Construction Division can handle any remodeling project, from major room additions to painting and deck building. Our Maintenance Division takes care of routine home repairs from plumbing and electrical to full-house winterization to lawn care and landscaping. We also provide a Home Watch service for out-of-town clients, and are now moving moving full steam ahead with a well-needed Concierge Service... not only can you have a beautiful vacation home in the mountains, but upon each visit, it’s as though you never left. Michael Junker, President

 

Nina - dae Junker, Concierge

Michael has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry and is a master carpenter, with a true love of exotic woods and fine craftsmanship. He is  also a certified home inspector, and holds a degree in Computer Networking.

With his vast experience and technical credentials, Michael is well qualified to oversee a wide variety of property management services, from major home remodeling projects and routine maintenance, to home automation, home theater design and installation, and integrated data/phone systems.

   Nina-dae gained a vast amount of interior design experience working in her family's furniture business, and in the early 1990's began her career in property management. With her incredible multi-tasking skills and a commitment to serving the client, Nina is a master at keeping projects on time and on budget.

It was only natural that Junker Management was born. “When I met Michael and learned of his incredible skills, I knew we truly were a match made in heaven. As our client base and responsibilities have increased, we have been faced with some trying times, difficult circumstances and tight deadlines, but with faith and commitment we have met those challenges, and have realized tremendous growth as a company.
