beds w/ dark chocolate mint on pillows.

pantry, refrigerator, and mini bar as requested.

clocks to correct time.

Check TV
remotes for dead batteries.
·
Change
dead light bulbs.
· Stock all
necessities – toilet paper, tissues, and napkins, bar
soap/ liquid soap, paper towels, fresh ash trays w/
matches or lighters, or any other requests.

Adjust temperature to
your preference.
· Stock
fire wood.
·
Appetizer platter in refrigerator.
·
Potted planters and hanging pots are available.
·
Turn on
music to clients requested channel.
· Leave
entry light and outdoor lights on for client's arrival.
· Gift

dirty dishes, ashtrays in dishwasher and run.
· Adjust
temperature to 55˚.

Turn off
all appliances, TV’s, computers, alarm clocks, steam
showers, and miscellaneous.
· Break
down potted plants and hanging pots if requested.

Arrange
for marina to pick up boat or Jet Ski from dock.
· Bring in
all patio furniture and cushions as requested.
· Turn off
all interior and exterior lights as requested.

Shut
blinds.
·
Turn on
dehumidifiers and/ or refill damp rid.
